Created since the 1960s, by the Goletto family. They decided to leave the reins to us.
Romain, head chef, and Marion, his partner, who is in charge of the dining room. Both in the restaurant business for about fifteen years, we have set ourselves the challenge of reinventing the history of this inn. The Auberge du bas Chalus is a unique establishment with a menu based on the simple idea of good food. We have developed an original culinary approach based on fresh and environmentally friendly ingredients, a unique taste journey for all palates.
From traditional recipes to modern culinary experiences, each dish reflects our passion for quality ingredients, presented in a simple and beautiful way. Bite into our world of flavors in a warm and relaxed atmosphere where tranquility prevails.
